About 50 minutes long. Introductions, then a description of the role. 40 minutes of actual interviewing, and then wrapping up the last 10 with questions you have for the hiring manager.

Interviewer was very kind and made it an easy process. Just make sure to come prepared to answer why you want to be a nurse and have an understanding of what you would do in an emergency situation

Applied for the position 6/18/23 Phone interview 06/30/23 and the recruiter was pleasant, asked typical questions and I was scheduled for a 2nd interview with 4 more individuals. I don't think think it take 5 individuals to screen one person. My interest for the position went down from there. I debated canceling the interview but wanted to feel out the vibes. I guess my first intuition was right... I should've cancelled. The interview was with Talent Acquisition Managers, Directors & Recruiters. The individuals were cold, unwelcoming and lacked personality. From the start of the zoom call, not one person smiled or even seem happy to have a potential candidate. There was NO diversity in management whatsoever . As I interviewed I grew more and more annoyed. It's 2023 and there's no reason for management to lack diversity in such a big organization. I was not offered a position and this is the first time in my career I was happy to see a rejection letter.

Clear on what they were asking for, asked for experience, medical terminology knowledge, ability to problem solve, work well under pressure. All in all process was two interviews and started working within a month.

First a telephone HR interview just asking basic questions, then a manager interview that seemed to duplicate the HR interview, then a team panel interview where they again asked a lot of the same questions. I got time to ask them questions but did not feel comfortable asking what I really wanted to know. , They took many months and no communication between steps before offer.

Phone screen with hiring manager, discussed previous resources responsibilities, pay range, general expectations. Overall, a very open and pleasant experience. Position would have not been a good fit for me at the time, but was I’m encouraged to discuss by a former contact on the team who thought it may line up well.

Very thorough. Recruiter was prompt, and had a very detailed timeline of events for the interview. Was made to feel very comfortable. Team was welcoming, met with multiple people throughout the interview and felt like I was asked many questions and had the opportunity to ask questions as well.

It was really well organized. They gave you all the information upfront including benefits and hourly pay. I really appreciated the transparency of the process. They gave offers less than a week after the interview day, so I appreciated the fast turn around time as well.

At first, there was a 30-minute interview with a residency recruiter. Several questions were asked regarding career goals, desires, and past. Then an in person interview is set up for a face-to-face meeting to see if it is a good match for the unit.
