I applied via employee referral for iOS Engineering position. HR contacted me 4 weeks after my application. They arranged an interview with an engineering manager. He was a really nice, and talkative person. We talked around 30mins about my background and then they sent me a coding challenge. Coding challenge must be completed in 3 hours. I have completed the challenge but received no feedback. I sent two follow up emails but they didn't respond. This is the longest interview process that I have ever had. At least they should have responded with me a rejection email but they didn't. I hope everything is fine on their side.
