I was called for a phone interview and then had to a technical test (it was very easy, nothing like Leetcode or Hackerrank) and made it through the screening process. I was set up to do an interview with a Senior Director (QA Test) and Director (Software Engineer). They were minutes late and when they finally joined the call, they didn't address me or acknowledge they were late - it was very awkward. It was also very clear to me that they had not read my resume as the questions made no sense and they weren't going to get the answer they were looking for. It was an uncomfortable process for me so I opted to take myself out of the hiring process.
