I'm a mechanical engineer so I'm not sure if they took my C and C++ score in consideration

    the first rounds like apti eng and programming were conducted by Aspiring Minds test AMCAT
    so the short listed candidates were called for Group Discussion TR and HR .
    only problem was that the description they sent was they were recruiting for development testing.
    it was only after i finished my hr they said that they had only test engineer position available and they came to recruit only for that position .
    i was like what !!!! they could have gave a description before the start of the process or in the mail it was a waste of time i didn't accept the offer

    Raison du refus

    the mail they sent was for both development and testing team but they said there were opening only in testing field and there was no way to change after joining in a team, and this detail was given only after i finished my HR round

    It had 3 rounds GD, Technical and Managerial
    All 3 rounds went smooth, technical round would be mostly about puzzles, last round was mostly to check your behavioural aspects
    In technical round they may ask you on how you would deal with delayed delivery of code for testing
    also may ask programming questions and about the projects you have worked upon

    Waiting period was too long. I arrived at 11:00am at alloted interview slot, but was called for the interview only at 3:00pm. Interview was not even conducted in a meeting room but it was done in a cubicle, with people walking around and listening to the conversation.

    Was asked a few general manual testing questions like what is defect life cycle, difference between test plan & test strategy,etc.

    Overall behaviour of the interviewer was rude. He asked why do you want to change the company? listening to my response he said oh you don't have opportunities in your company is it?

    When i replied i wanted to learn new domain, he sarcastically replied why you got bored of your current domain huh.

    He then asked what kind of a role are you looking for? when i said as i have led a team I am looking at Lead position he again commented Why your company does not promote people is it?

    Overall it was a humiliating experience, after being made to wait for long and interviewer was really rude, it appeared as if they had already selected internally referred candidates and the rest of us were interviewed just for the sake of it.

    J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris +4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à NTT DATA (Gurgaon, Haryana (Inde)) en juin 2018.

    I was called by the recruiter through mail. The first round was written followed by 1st F2F. After clearing that round , I was told to leave and will be contacted on a weekday since senior manager was not present.
    I was called again and this time there were 2 F2F with different people. Salary expectation was discussed
    and was told that i will be getting call from the CLIENT coming week.
    The interview went well, except I missed one or two questions but otherwise it was all good. It has been close to month
    now.
    Since then , just waiting for that "Client" call. On Asking, just got to know that Profile is on "HOLD".
    Subsequent followup mails/phone calls to recruiter comes up with no answer.

    Bit Dissatisfied and Bit confused as to why recruiters dont reply to the followup mails leaving you in
    a "Bermuda Triangle" phase. Atleast a person deserve to know "YES or NO".
    Especially when you spend 2 days with them including a day off from own work.

    A piece of advice to Management- Please do not benchmark job seeking people as resources and please treat them in a professional way.
    A piece of advice to job seekers: I think salary expectation could be a deal breaker, so ask gently.
