After applying to NTT DATA Global Delivery Services, I got a call within 2 weeks for an interview. The interview process lasts for one day only but after that I waiting for almost 2 months to get any reply from them.

    I applied through college on campus, it was a two day process,First round was AMCAT online test (Aptitude, Technical, verbal and logical) it was a moderate round. Second round was GD it was easy round as they selected most of them from the group,Third round was Technical HR it was easy, final round was managerial HR some formal questions, questions about your project. I cleared all the rounds and got the offer letter on end of the day.

    It took me 2 hours and 2 interviews(Tech n HR) to secure myself a job at NTT. Both the interviews were similar in terms of the type of questions. My technical interview focused 50% of programming and the rest on my background details(Schooling, College, Project). The HR interview surprisingly also focused on my programming skills, the proportion of questions remaining the same. It was a good response overall. The staff was encouraging and disciplined. Can't wait to be a part of it.

    AMCAT shortlist followed by 3 more rounds: GD,technical and HR.
    it took the entire day but we were handed our offer letters. GD rounds were conducted in batches of 10 people after which around 5 people were sent to the next round.
    There was a focus on communication skills and your ability to "convince" the interviewer. This was followed by conceptual questions from your branch.
    i was asked my strongest and weakest subjects and then grilled on my weakest subjects.

    I completed my B.Tech from VNRVJIET, Hyd in March 16. I attended for Campus Placements in Sep15. It was just a one day process where 52students (including me) were selected. I belong to Civil Engineering and I was asked questions purely regarding to my domain. It was Very professional placement process when compared to other companies. GD, A Tech Round and A MR+HR Round were there and 70+members were selected finally and then around 20 were eliminated after final round (I don't know how)..

    The hiring process of NTT Data is as follows-

    Step I - Written Test(most of the time they consider your AMCAT score for the judgement criteria)

    Step II - Group Discussion (In my case there were about 12 candidates in one group and we were asked to stat the discussion based on a current topic )

    Step III - 5 out of 12 candidates were screened out

    Step IV - Technical Interview (The most important round)- It was 1 to 1 interview,the HR was very friendly.In depth knowledge of IT related subjects like Java,Data Structures is tested in the interview.Most of the candidates got rejected in this round only.

    Step V - HR Interview - Basic questions relating to various dimensions of your personality were asked.

    I attended NTT Data interview in Sep 2015. The interview procedure was as follows:
    1. Aptitude - This was an amcat exam.verbal n math was manageable but coding round was tricky for me as I'm frm EcE background.
    2. Group discussions - GD was too easy to clear.They will mainly check ur confidence levels and ur vocabulary. Jus speak fluent English loudly and it's done. The topic given was an on spot topic "electrol system in India".
    3.Technical - This is the main filtering round. Most of them couldnt clear technical round. They would ask questions regarding the technical aspects that is in ur resume n they will also ask few logical reasoning questions to test our creativity. They will ask us to write pgms in any 1 pgm Lang ur comfortable with n other basic questions frm that Lang.
    4. Hr round- I dint find HR round to b that tough. Jus being confident is wats mainly imp. Hr asked me abt my hobbies and my area of interests n continued asking questions in depth regarding it.

    Over all I would say cracking dis interview was not too tough... once u clear aptitude then wat u need to mainly focus on is technical.little preparation for HR round as to how to ans few common questions in a diff way is wat u have to learn n prepare before attending the interview.ALL THE BEST....

      There is a dark room with a single bulb inside it. The switch for dis bulb is outside the room.there are 3 switches outside the room and once u enter dis room u can't come outside. Plz tell me with is the rite switch to turn on the bulb. Ull b given only 1 chance to enter the room.   1 réponse

    I ,though from civil branch, personally liked the off-campus drive at Guntur
    3 rounds were held - GD,TR & HR
    The rounds went well... The HR was so comforting and friendly... really loved the selection process. The assessment was done on the following basis- "honesty , confidence,clarity,communication skill, spontaneity, visualisation,& situation-reaction"

    Seems like a very good company from what I've heard from the people who are working in it. Friendly working environment and no work stress on employees. Just go for it..!
