The recruitment process started with a presentation detailing the company profile, job profile, offer, compensation, etc. After that an Aptitude Test which was of moderate difficulty. It was easy to pass. Then a GD. I don't remember the topic. Don't fight in the GD. Its quality that matters, not quantity. So speak some good points with confidence and relevance. And the final part, the interview. It started with general HR question and then the interviewer asked me a puzzle which was really tough. I was able to crack it after some 15 minutes. Be frank in the interview. An example - My academics were not good and I told them that I don't like my branch. Finally, I got selected. Yupii.....
