I had a very disappointing interview experience. The interviewer did not join on time, and when the interview began, no technical questions were asked. The discussion was limited to my current organization’s roles and responsibilities.
I’m not sure on what basis the evaluation was done, as judging a candidate without assessing their technical skills doesn’t seem fair. The interview lasted only around five minutes, after which I was rejected. I believe the interview process needs improvement to ensure candidates are evaluated properly based on their skills and experience.
