I had an initial phone interview and was subsequently invited to a second interview with the branch manager. However, the second interview was conducted online, and I was surprised that the branch manager didn't turn on their camera. As a result, it felt like I was talking to myself throughout the interview. The branch manager mentioned that there would be another interview with the district manager if I was selected to move forward. Unfortunately, I didn't progress to the third interview

First there was a telephonic conversation. A couple of days later I was called for an in person interview at the branch during April 2023 and many behavioral questions were asked.

It is a two part interview process. If they really like you, you’ll get called for the second. Went very smoothly. I appreciated that it was one on one, rather than a group interview.

Easy and took about a week to start working . Over the phone then in person interview . Background check and references was done in a short period of time.

First was by call and some day after was in group interview I liked a Lot, I was capable to know everything about the company and share my opinion. We did had to simulate a sale of any company’s services and had a lot of team work too.

First of all, they emailed me to schedule an in-person interview, and then they asked a very simple question. Then the hiring manager called me, and he asked the easy question, and during the conversation, they offered me the job.

The interview process was like any interview you would attend. Very friendly hiring manager, asked the basics about previous experience. Note* you want to dress very buissness casual as you're working in a bank related workplace, make sure to read up on the company and how your previous experience relates to your job title. Overall, great experience

My interview experience was good with them. I dropped of my resume to their store and they suggested me to apply online as well. After a day or so I received a call from them and they took my telephonic interview and after that they sent me online assessment( behavioral qtns). I received a call that afternoon from the same H.R that I cleared both the rounds and I would receive a call from branch manager in a so and so date. After an interview with the branch manager there was a final round with district manager. The process was smooth. It took overall 2 weeks for the whole interview process. They usually ask behavioral questions and some of your past work experiences.

It was long but worth it. I had a phone interview with a store manager, group interview with other potential employees and manager. Lastly, there was a one on one interview with a district manager.

I had the phone interview, which went well. I was asked general behavioral questions. that you would easily find on internet, like 10 most common interview questions. Overall the HR specialist was nice.
