The initial interview was a "coffee interview" (still just a phone call during covid). Was more of a regular interview. They have a list of questions they are supposed to ask to try to make it fair. I didn't have one point of contact during the interview process. Each step of the way, a different recruiter would respond to my email. It was a pretty bad first impression before I even had the first interview.
