The interview process went very smoothly. I believe they set the room up to be inviting, and ensured that I wasn't very scared. I had an interview with two people and they were very sweet. The questions were simple, and they also knew as a nursing student going into a nursing program we aren't expected to know everything.

I applied online, it took about 4 weeks to hear back. I got a tour of the unit and was able to talk to some nurses as well as the manager, I received an offer the next day.
