There is only one interview and it is directly with the hiring managers/supervisors. There are usually at least two people conducting the interview and they ask all Behavioral based questions. They are normally face-to-face, but I have seen them do phone interviews. They will often send the candidate the job description and will have the candidate start by seeing if they have any questions. If you just keep every answer patient/customer related and positive it is overall an easy interview, but I would recommend you have 5-10 scenerios because it seemed like they just kept asking the same questions and I was afraid that I might have doubled up on some answers.

Entretien
Initial HR interview consisted of behavioral questions. After passing that you move to the face-to-face interview with the Manager, Supervisor and Business Analyst. They go over a series of behavioral questions. All of which are easy to answer as long as you are able to think on the spot. I was offered the position shortly after I returned from a vacation.
