I applied through its website. I emailed a friend of mine in HR, and he talked to the recruiter over the position for me. I had a phone interview with the recruiter. After that, I was invited in for a in-person interview. It started with a 50 question IQ test--I was given about 15 minutes to work on it. After that I had one-on-one interviews with four individuals in the finance department; each interview was 30 minutes. The CFO came in for the last interview, which I thought was cool. Then I waited. And waited. About four weeks later, I got the generic "thanks but no thanks" email.

Question 1
Case study: I was presented with a small case study, which involved a marketing team presenting a new packaging pitch to all departments for a sunscreen product. I then was supposed to ask questions that challenged assumptions and covered needs of each department.

The HR department was surprisingly disorganized. They forgot what position I applied for (although I had communicated it to them in 3 different ways), when the recruiter followed up with me he also couldn't remember what position I had interviewed with him and applied for. When I arrived in Idaho Falls, they had the wrong people scheduled to interview me because of this misunderstanding. The HR dept had to adjust plans quickly and did alright considering the circumstances. I interviewed with someone from the wrong dept first and he asked very in-depth questions on subjects that I was not very familiar with. The interview process then followed the format of a series of 1:1 interviews with financial analysts that HR got on the fly. I liked a lot of the people in the financial analytics dept, they were very relatable and easy to interview with. The overall process took about 4 hours and there was a tour included.

Question 1
Imagine that the marketing team developed a new style of sunscreen. It would have a new style of bottle, and a few other features, but the sunscreen is the same. Now imagine that you are in a meeting with representatives from each department and you are representing the financial analytics department. What questions would you ask in this meeting in which this new bottle of sunscreen is presented?
