The interview was conducted remotely, though this may have been due to Coronavirus. Wear work appropriate attire. There were quiet a few questions, so interview practice is essential. Ensure you research Maximus UK prior to the interview and understand their values. Essentially, you must show that you are motivated to help individuals and are able to keep up with employment trends and use your own initiative.

Poor interview experience with the hiring managers seeming uninterested throughout and keen to get through the day quickly. A mix of group exercises that were graded followed by a very brief interview one on one covering three standard questions.

Professionally done. Was asked relevant questions linked directly with what the role requires. Received advice with regards to which method to use to answer the questions before the interview. Overall a good experience
