Interview consisted of a combination of questions aimed at discovering insights into your personal motivations as well as thought processes. After a number of background questions about your past history (such as reasons for choosing the university you attended, listing best/worse experiences of ___________ and explanations why) and personality-type questions (e.g. Along the lines of: Tell me about yourself? What's your favorite tv show and why?), I was given a number of short case problems to work through. The case problems really focused on analytical thinking and how you go about solving a problem. -Being able to properly deconstruct problems in terms of logic, efficacy, and background knowledge of the industry as well as being to reference available resources and different interpretations -Also a review of statistics would greatly help how you approach certain problems

I applied through my university job site, and received a response within a few days. We had a phone interview, in which we discussed salary almost immediately, along with the fact that the company would not provide for moving expenses or travel to the interview. Next, the interviewer explained the company's background, encouraging questions throughout. Then, we discussed the position I had applied for, along with the potential for growth. I asked several questions, to which the interviewer answered knowledgeably. The interviewer explained what the next step would be in the process, including when I would hear back.
