I did not have the desired background for the position, so I never made it past the initial phone screen, but I have to say that the recruiter I dealt with was, hands down, the most professional recruiter I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. The phone screen was thorough, logical and clearly laid out. Once the candidate pool had been narrowed down she called (not emailed) me to provide me with feedback and an explanation of why I hadn't been selected to move further along in the process. I was very impressed with her, and even though I wasn't selected by Manulife my experience left me with a very positive impression.

Couple 2 rounds or so and final with department head. Was alright but the review process was very slow. Might be due to the period. But ultimately still was not offered.
3 interviews, engaging conversations with transparent answers. I felt that the people were authentic and genuine in sharing their experiences with the organization. And I was grateful to have met a wide variety of people to help me make a better educated decision.

Entretien
I really looked up to this brand for it's global culture. After 6 rounds of interviews and calls for a Director-level position they rejected my candidature (which is completely ok). When asked for a call/feedback as to why the rejection, I received no response from the HR personnel, nor the hiring manager.
