Processo foi realizado com duas entrevistas classificatórias com RH ( via telefone e vídeo chamada ) e uma seguinte eliminatória com o coordenador do laboratório no qual disponibilizava a vaga em questão

the HR was friendly, we even laughed. Most of the questions were related to management, the interviewer also asked some technical questions, but he admitted, that he wasn't competent in that part.

My interview process was conducted in two parts. I had a very casual phone interview that felt more like a conversation and just verified certain information I had on my resume and then there was a very brief in-person interview where they asked me one question and then offered me a job immediately.

1° Entrevista com RH via telefone 2° Entrevista com RH e gestor via teams Entrevista tranquila, mas houve inconsistência entre as entrevistas, inicialmente me informaram um valor de salário, mas na segunda entrevista o salário informado foi inferior.

Phone screen then In person interview. Easy interview process and mainly behavioral based questions. Afterwards, a lab tour where you get to meet all the other employees and it’s a great experience to see the day to day activities.

Due colloqui di natura generale con domande sia personali che riguardanti le esperienze pregresse e competenze nell'utilizzo di strumenti analitici di interesse per la mansione richiesta. L'azienda è grande quindi questa esperienza potrebbe non essere valida per tutti i reparti dell'azienda.

The interview went very smoothly, and in three steps as most other companies do. Most of the time the interviewers focus on job-related questions, starting with call interviews with the immediate director, then with cooperation, and the invitation to a site interview.

Some one called and asked when was I available for a phone call interview. Then another call came and asked for the availability of an in-person interview. I set the date and the in-person interview was a walk around in the lab and giving me the offer.

Laid back and VERY easy. I don’t think I was asked any questions, we just discussed schedule, pay, and work environment. I was given a tour and was able to ask questions of current employees without the interviewer present.
