Intro call w/ recruiter, phone screen, virtual on-site (split over two days at my request). On-site consisted of one coding round, two system design rounds, and one behavioral round. The coding round was relatively easy - you get a prompt and an hour and 15 minutes to work on it on your own with nobody watching over your shoulder.

Question 1
Given a list with manager-employee relationships, return lists of direct reports of all managers, and list of orgs of all second-line or higher manager.
Design a donation system that collects donation for a day. Donation info (amount, cc, etc.) are collected through the website, processed asynchronously. Donor should be notified via email after a donation has been processed.

My experience wasn’t great with Lyft.
During my system design interview, my interviewer kept silent most of the time.
No communication, and he seems to end my interview session as soon as possible.

Process is good. Not too exhaustive and they respond quickly. Recruiters are great too. I cleared all my interviews and I am in team matching since a very long time. Lyft does not give you an offer even after clearing interviews.

Processing around a month due to holiday season. 1-2hrs after coding interview got onsite invitation. 2days after onsite, got auto rejection email .
