Entretien
In short, they start by bringing you into a room in a group where they educate a bit about the business and its upbringing.
Following the informative part, they throw you into a blind match up where you get asked a round of question by 2 current employees.
Round 3: You enter a room where the give you a scenario and you actually have to talk to another being over the phone to see how you’d handle the situation.
Final Boss: you get a final interview with the team lead who has a wrap up of questions for you and also will answer any questions you have before escorting you out of the buildingx
The hiring process was pretty smooth. I initially applied in may and was given a job offer the next month. I appreciated everyone I spoke with. The hiring team was warm and inviting. I had three rounds of interviews.

It's 3 part where you're asked to give examples of how you've handled difficult situations. What customer service means to you. Why are you interested in this role and why do you think you'd be a good fit for it.

Entretien
Once they email you saying they would like to interview you, you first send in a written response to an email from a driver and they review it and if they like how you responded then they emailed me a link and the time of the interview. Then when you go to the link you join the meeting and you get interviewed by 4 different people including a customer role play. And they also check your internet connection. They also make sure you have a desk, chair and a quiet office space in your home.
