Very formal and not difficult to do. I met with the manager to understand the job. Also bring good evidence as to why you should be hired. You will also get a tour of the location to understand where you are working at.
Very quick, in back room with store manager. Initial phone screening as well. Went very smoothly and just be yourself. Use examples from past jobs you have had on your resume.
The interview process was fairly easy for me. However I did have extensive retail experience. However they have hired people with little experience in a rush during busy seasons. They asked if I ever had any retail experience.
