Got an email to schedule for a 15 minute phone interview 1 day after applying. Interview was with (one of?) the CEO's of the company. Having read the reviews of the company, I would think the interview would be better by now because people would change -- nope. Tone of voice seemed annoyed and asked if I did real life or online UX (what? I applied for UI/UX designer, why would you even ask this?). Worst thing of the interview was at the end when I had a chance to ask questions about the company. While asking my second question, he hangs up on me. I only realized this after asking my question and there was silence. If this is the kind of person who runs this company, then I'm fine with not getting the job. Reviews from others seem to be spot on. What a joke of an interview.
