I was referred for an AE position and coordinated with Tim my recruiter for the initial phone screen and CCAT test evaluation. Once I completed this portion I had an onsite interview and sales presentation with the sales directors.

Included panel interview with VP present, SVP final interview. Wanted specific examples of deals I had worked, asked insightful questions that required thought and concentration. Wanted to know how i worked with partners. Wanted examples of good teammwork.

First call with recruiting went well. Got a good sense of the basics they need and learned more about the company.
Second call with recruitment leadership, not so good. I don't understand why I was having this call instead of someone actually in the sales department. Rude, interrupted me several times during the call. Confusing experience, I decided to move ahead with other companies because of this.
