J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez LinkedIn (Sunnyvale, CA) en avr. 2022
Entretien
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. I went through 3 rounds and met with 6 people total. Everyone was kind and asked thoughtful questions and I didn't feel like I had to repeat myself much between each of the interviewers. Overall had a great experience but ended up being the runner up.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez LinkedIn (San Francisco, CA) en août 2025

The interviewer and I had difficulty connecting via Teams (I normally have no issues on zoom or gvideo). They asked to go off camera "to make the connection easier." While I was talking, the interviewer seemed very distracted, and took a delayed response time to comment when I had finished answering a question. It truly felt like they were overwhelmed working on some other project, and not giving me their full attention, very unprofessional. When I attempted to connect regarding next steps, HR stated that I did not exemplify enough experience for what was needed (I have over 7 years, they only required 3-5), and didn't demonstrate knowledge on a topic, though I talked explicitly about it. Did they already have a candidate and have to fake an interview process? Did the hiring manager just not care and have other things they'd rather be doing. Either way, one of the most unprofessional experiences to date.
