The interview was surprisingly casual, myself and the other candidates were treated to dinner the previous evening by the same managers who would be conducting the interviews the following day. The interviews felt like I was given more opportunities to ask questions rather than answer them. The interviews were followed by a factory tour and meet and greet with people who had been hired in the previous 12 months

Te preguntan cosas difíciles pero a final de cuentas necesitan personal urgente, te preguntan tu ubicación, no tanto el inglés, conocimientos en tus trabajos previos y si tienes disponibilidad, te piden que seas puntual, que no faltes y demas

Pretty cool and fast. I went and it was simple drug test and a quick interview about your work history and you as a person and why do you want to work for Lincoln electric

Round robin interviews with 3-5 employees that were 15 minutes each, presentations from Current employees about the program and how it’s works and tour of facility and welding demonstration. Meet and greet current employees within the program.

Analyzed my critical thinking and overview of technical skill set. Looked & focused at work and projects done outside of school and university. Asked for example of time management skills and prioritizing concurrent tasks.

Process from start to finish took over two months. Offer was presented at the end, but the salary was 25% lower than what I currently make. They wave the bonus at you, but in reality it is just deferred salary (that you have to wait over a year to get) The health insurance comes out of your bonus which can be over $10k depending on your plan. The bonus sounds nice, but don't present it at that when the base salary is 20-30% lower than the market.

Interview process was pretty straight forward, four interviews back-to-back, 30min each. Some basic background questions and STAR questions. Everyone was very nice. However, the job position only pays $56000, which is much lower than many other company pay, even for a starting position. They incentivize you with an end of the year bonus, which is based both on company performance and employee reviews. People there were great but the pay and benefits sucked.

They started in a career fair and they asked to fill out a form. Then they asked me to come back to a different building for an interview. During the interview they asked me a few behavioral questions such as how would you manage stress.

The company personnel were extremely nice and made an effort to show their interest in my background. The first interview was behavioral, the second was with an engineer that mostly talked about what the position entailed.
