Entretien
Very simple process of filling out required legal paperwork and asking general questions. I think they would have better employee retention if they asked more probing questions to screen out people who are not reliable or responsible. Also, it would help if the interviewer gave a more thorough description of what was expected of them (early 6 am arrival at schools, carrying equipment in your own car, etc.). Interviewer was friendly and a hard worker.

Entretien
Very easy going and comfortable interview. No tough questions or typical "explain yourself to me " type questions. Just went over my availability and job schedule and basics if the job. One of the easiest interviews with the sweetest woman!

What is my availability and would it fit into the required availability for the position?
Interview was over an hour of the interviewer reading from a paper and writing down word for word what I said. It was awkward and ridiculous. The worst interview I have ever had the displeasure of being a part of.
Very easy to talk to. You just tell them about yourself pretty much. Then they will either set you up with a virtual interview with the hiring manager if they like you.
