J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lidl en mai 2016
Entretien
Initially done the online application and sent in CV. Got an email 2 weeks later inviting me to an interview in a nearby hotel, email said there may be a test but there wasn't one. Went to the interview room, was interviewed by a district manager and the manager of the store I applied to both were very nice and not intimidating at all. Finished interview and was told I would hear from them in a few days. Got an email a day later and was offered the job and was asked to come into store to sign a contract.
Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.

Question 1
Why Lidl?
What hours can you do?
Where can you see yourself working in the shop?
