mostly these interviewer are biased, they mostly choose candidate from their region only. i face this type of discrimination only, my both round was very good, answered each and every question, but got rejection from them. HR call, then shortlisting is done, you get call for L1 round it is technical, after positive feedback L2 round get scheduled then manager and then HR round,
