no communication at all. very bad interview style and irrelevant feedback. they sent me an invitation link to the hiring process. i had serious considerations and also some questions regarding the hiring process. thus, i wrote a text to the team. they not only ignored my request, but they also rejected my application for no realistic reason :)

I was first quickly invited to their office in Dresden for a short introduction interview, after that they scheduled a trial day when they assessed whether I was a fit for their company. It turns out that, they think I am not.

Had a single video interview. The position company and stack was explained in detail. There were various question about my experience. Finally I was given an assignment in Go. 2 weeks later I got an email saying to please wait as they have too many good candidates and they can't select. 1 week later. I got a generic email with no specific reasons.

A recruiter got in touch with me via LinkedIn, we set up a meeting a week later where we talked about technologies and professional experiences. After a week I was invited to go to the office to get a look of how is the work day there, meet the team and also solve some technical problems.

We arranged a call screening with the senior manager for this position the interview lasted 1 hour after 1 week they invited me in company's premises for a 2nd interview again with the senior manager.

Vorab Test der Sprachkenntnisse (online), danach Einladung zu Gespräch mit Head of CRM, sehr nettes und offenes Gespräch Lebenslauf durchgegangen, Begründung der Wahl der Vertiefungen im Studium, sonstige Aktivitäten und Motivation dahinter wurden hinterfragt Test der Sprachkenntnisse durch Mitglieder der Abteilung (small-talk in jeweiliger Sprache) Dann wurde die Vergütung/ Rahmenbedingungen besprochen.

The interview process was smoothly and very fast! I really like the location and the modern equipment and technology. At the beginning they indroduced themselves and and then they ask me questions about myself. After that we talked about my CV, my expections at LOVOO and the job tasks. During the hole interview there was always time for questions! I really like the interview process, because there wasn't a typical interview atmosphere but rather a good, relaxed and nice conversation. I felt very comfortable during the interview!
