Had 3 interviews over 3 weeks. Some technical, but mostly scenario based questions. Reviewed resume background and also what type of jobs I've held in the past 10 years. Also asked about references.

HR does not know what they are doing, which role and which candidate they are talking about had a referral so offer was made on phone until i insisted for in person interview. Mgmt has own agenda, very hierarchial, does not let employee share ideas for the better of the company and their whole interest is in imitating their biggest competitor to play catch up....very few original ideas, diluted because they steal employees

One-time telephone interview with a new director within a new organization, lasted 20 minutes, did not cover any technical issues, just about running a professional services organization with too little resources, time or planning. I was hired immediately and after 3-4 weeks for background screening and drug testing, I stated working from home.
