Interviewed with jump trading Singapore. Waited for 2 weeks with no update before I asked them for feedback. Turns out someone apparently had sent an email but I never received it (must have sent to wrong address, or just didn't bother sending). Asked for email to be resent and was told email has been re-sent. Once again nothing. Had to ask a third time and finally got a very generic 'thanks but no thanks' email. Asked for specific feedback and was told I would receive specific feedback. Been 3 weeks since then, and nothing. Absolute shambles of a hiring process. Not sure what it says about the working culture of the firm.
