It is an application and then an interview, followed by a three-month probation period. During the interview, they will ask you a set of predetermined questions which can be found easily on YouTube or Google. They are looking for specific answers to these questions but the interview is more of a personality check to see if you would fit in the environment.

I submitted a CV and then I was shortly asked to come in for an interview to discuss my experience and skills. It was done in the Pub with two members of staff, who did make me feel comfortable, however I had to wait 30 minutes as they were behind schedule
