Two interviews that consisted of my previous experiences in retail. It was basically a conversation instead of a Q&A. This makes it easier for both because it calms your nervousness and it helps them see what type of person you are. It was a lot of basic topics like " why J.crew?"

Applying was quick easy and done quickly online. The interview was simple and quick. The longest part is the paperwork once your hired and the background check. Other then that training is quick and is only done as far as you show interest.

Applied online, received a call, and then met for an interview. After accepting my offer I completed my background verification and began my training a few days after. Training was very helpful and hands on; coworkers helped when I needed aid.
