The first interview was a phone with senior analyst, after that the position of put on hold for over a month due to Covid-19. At this point I kinda given up since I planned to go back to school. But than I got contacted again by the recruiter to finish the interview from where it was left off and I decided to went for it. Had three 30 minutes back- to- back zoom interviews with senior analysts, security engineering manager, jr. IT compliance analyst, technical writer, and third interview was with CSO. The second interview with jr. IT compliance analyst and technical writer in my opinion was very ridiculous and unnecessary. They asked bogus questions and kept laughing randomly in the middle of the interview not knowing what so funny. Overall, I became even more disinterested after CSO explaining that because of Covid-19 the position is Temp-to-hire. It would have been nice if the recruiter would have told me that in the first place when he made contact.
