Straight-forward, relaxed, & smooth. Come prepared to talk about your experience. Highlight your strengths, and talk about ways you have learned from your mistakes. I was able to relate a lot of the duties to former positions in my career and volunteer experiences.

It was easy no hard questions. took total 30 minutes. Everything else was fine and welcoming. they asked about my experience and interests and they wanted me to present my previous works as graduate student. overall they were looking for someone who is interested and have minimum knowledge.

Really a very basic and conversational interview. Very little technical questions. Great tour of the labs and facilities. I had a good time despite not being really prepared for the interview.
