Applied online and quickly spoke to hiring agent. Then spoke to head of QA and lead engineer for Professional Services on phone. Was then invited to interview in person. All took about 10 days total. The company seems passionate about what they do. They brought me in to their Cottonwood, UT location to interview. Impressive set up that didn't feel like they were trying to impress people, it just worked for l their needs. The team was friendly and communicated well. All appeared to know what they were talking about, which is rare in interviews. Basic questions about what I did in my old position, how I would handle certain situations... Usual interview fair and nothing too taxing. Then gave me a mock feature run down and had me create a simple testing plan for it that would be for project managers.
