The interview process consisted of 3 rounds of interviews with varying levels of leadership.
1st round with a recruiter via phone
2nd round with two Managers via video
3rd round with one District Manager via video

Amazing interviewing experience. Questions were both experience and situational based.
All interviewers were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the process. They were genuinely interested in my experience and responses. It made for an amazing interview process.

It is very formulaic. Not very conversational. Managers pretty much have a good idea of who they want to hire so interviewing can be seen as a waste of time. Lots of situational questions are asked. Be sure to have extensive employee relations experience or they will just go through the motions with you and won't consider you at all.

Very impersonal and corporate - interviewers were chatting about a mutual colleague for several minutes before the interview got started and they finally introduced themselves. Went through two full interviews and didn't get anything back - had to follow up about status of position after several weeks.

Entretien
The recruiter called and asked me two very basic questions relevant to the role. I was told I would hear back regarding next steps but never heard back from anyone.
