You will have a formal interview with a director or co-director. If that goes well you will be invited back to go into a few rooms and be observed with how you interact with the children.

Applied online and recieved an email that evening asking me some preliminary questions about experience and desired hours/salary. I was then scheduled for an interview for the next day. When I arrived there were 3 teachers interviewing me, all very friendly and professional. After the main interview, I was led down to a classroom to interact with some of the kids, and then another mini interview after that to discuss how comfortable I was with them.
