Ich habe innerhalb von 2 Tagen 2 Bewerbungsgespräche geführt und hatte innerhalb weniger Tage meine Zusage.
Die Gespräche selbst waren jeweils mit Führungskräften, ohne HR.

Great communication and fast, well organized, pleasant people, not complex in technical terms, rather standard. People were normal, supportive and nice. No stress during conversation. Generał technical questions about Azure and SQL Db.
