I sat down with the GM of my IHop and was hired right there on the spot. I wasn't asked any interview questions he just had me fill out the paper work and that was it. I interviewed on a Wednesday and he told me to go to orientation and i could start working Saturday Morning. The orientation was about 2 hours, you sit and watch a video, go over paperwork, and then your done.

Amazing people were friendly offered water laughed and asked a couple simple questions and offered the position they normally start as host the staff were also very friendly and inviting
