the interview process was short and to the point. It didn't take long, maybe 45 minutes in total. The manager and person who interviewed me was quite nice and friendly.

Interview process was smooth and pleasant. I was given a brief run down of the role, asked 10 questions from the department head and HR representative and given time to ask questions of my own.

Several interviews completed with various team members at multiple levels. Professional and engaging. Dealt primarily with human resource department. Interviews conducted at head office location. Multiple interview meetings to be different perspectives.

HR handled the interview arrangement well. Instructions were clear and interviewers were named in advance. It lasted over 1 hour and the interviewers were genuinely interested in getting to know me as a person rather than just asking pat questions.

Brief interview with HR - very nice young woman reviewed my resume with me and asked some general questions and then set up a telephone interview with the hiring manager. The interview with the hiring manager was not good. The woman called me 20 minutes late and spoke so rapidly I had to ask her several times to repeat her questions. I did not do well in the interview as I was under pressure to get back to work and was not interested in working with the company after the interview process.

A telephone interview, and 2 in person interviews - however the timing between each was very widely spaced out, which wasn't a problem from me as I was employed and not under time crunch. For someone in transition it could be a long wait, and the employer loses out if the required skill sets are low in supply.
