HR Screen, technical screen, on-site interview and pair programming. Two different teams of two asking similar questions with one team asking about your previous experience, other projects you worked on and another team testing your rails knowledge, dbs, etc.

System design question, database optimization, answer some questions on a white board, talk to developers, team lead. Also ask about some of your previous projects and most difficult challenges encountered. Nothing asked about testing
