The interview was very low stress and the interviewers were friendly. There was 3 interviewers, the hiring manager, the owner, and someone already working in a position I was being interviewed for. With this positions there is two interviews and I was invited for the second that hasn’t happened yet.

It was an open house that was advertised on Craigslist. Although the ad stated that one of the available openings was Care Manager, that wasn't actually true. I spoke briefly to one of the owners and she did mention that she believed that there was actually two roles now. One was more business development and one was more. Directly after speaking with the owner I spoke to another person and was even more confused of the position that was actually available and if it was remotely what I was looking for. It sounded like more than one position was available, which didn't make sense either. Later the same day I sent an email to the last person I spoke to and declined moving forward since it seemed like a step down from where I am and so any move to that company would not have worked for me. On the plus side, everyone I had an interaction with was extremely nice and pleasant and it seems like they were all passionate about what they did for a living.
