Unstructured, advised up to 3 interviews and that this was just a screening interview and then only discussed salary and perks of job which was not appropriate as I had not yet had a first interview. Interview ran over by an hour and consultant took a ten minute private call during interview - very unprofessional

Management was very quick in their hiring process. I had two interviews prior to being hired. First interview was with my pending supervisor and the Department Manager. My second interview was with management from the executive and sales office. Not only was I to play a big role with staff, but I would also have a great deal of contact with the clients.
