This was one of the most comprehensive selection processes I have been through.
1) Resume screening
2) Online tests which consisted of personality, verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning and inductive reasoning tests
3) 3 minutes self-recorded video on self introduction, greatest achievement and reasons for joining Hilti.
4) HR Panel interview - interviewed by two HR personnel.
5) Full day assessment Center - Group discussions, Role-play scenario, Self-introduction presentation, case-study presentation and panel interview

The general manager is very friendly that he made assumption on candidate. I was ignored when I asked for proper feedback. Could't understand how the company won employer of choice award. Definitely not recommend to anyone.

Entretien
Applied online and got an invitation to do the first analytical online test the next day. Upon submission, received another email to submit a video interview. The following day I was invited down fora face to face interview. The panel I faced was a business partner and a HR executive.
The standard interview process with self-introduction, basic questions and behavioural questions. Process took about an hour plus and was overall enjoyable. Really just a get to know you better session.
