It was pretty simple. The first interview was a phone interview with a lower level HR person basically just to go over salary and stuff to make sure you're okay with what they're offering, then in-person interview with the area manager, then HR again. Then a drug test.

Entretien
The process started swiftly but recruiter was very unorganized. The recruiter was dodging direct questions about the position and was very disconnected. I went through the interview, didn't learn much about the role. I followed the instructions to follow up with the recruiter and didn't hear back for almost 10 days. Had to play phone tag but was supposed to speak with recruiter that same day after the interview.
Recruiter kept pushing this 40k Salary as if it was high with the free car park. This is a very low amount of money especially if you have experience or have made significantly more in previous roles.
Only given 24 hours to decide on accepting the job once the offer was made, after reading numerous terrible reviews I am having second thoughts about this company.

Very long interview process. Multiple interviews. Very professional and done in a specific order. Followed definite interview playbook. Had to wait a long time for a manager to acknowledge I was there.

The interview process was intense. They are looking for individuals that want to lead a team and help to achieve the companies goals. Hertz seeks for the best of the best. You have to be confident. Show your strengths and be accountable for your weaknesses.
