I initially went into the store to inquire about jobs and was directed to the website. I applied online, and after two weeks returned to the store to follow up. Some time later I returned for my interview and drug test. The interview was a breeze and the manager was impressed by my qualifications; she basically offered me the position on the spot. I had to wait a couple more weeks, however, for my drug test to come back. The entire hiring process took about a month. Once I had the interview the process was easy. The difficult part was convincing the management to review my application and grant me the interview; they seemed complacent with their store and not particularly interested in hiring new employees.
