Filled out application online. I was called in for an interview/presentation about 2 weeks later. I did an individual interview with a foreman/craft instructor the same day after the presentation. Everything was smooth and comfortable.

Non pressure, basic company questions about if you'd be able to handle conditions; then questions about how you've handled disagreements in prior situations at work, what qualities do you think makes a good leader, questions about craftsmanship as far as have you ever dealt with power tools or machinery (doesn't count against you if you haven't) and they ask about prior education. I applied in July and didn't get a response for an interview until October. This was recent so even after the interview you have to wait to see if you get an offer.
