I was asked questions about my experiences and what i will bring in to the company,
My answers was what they where looking for.
I got hired and everything went well.
There are a series of interviews. First with the district manager and then with a panel. The panel I included 3 manager from stores other than the one you applied to.

apply online, and they schedule you for an interview with the store manager, and then district manager, sometimes phone interview with the district training manager. and after a week or so, they will issue an offer
