Entretien
The actual interviewers were quite nice and professional. I ended up not getting an offer after my onsite because they wanted someone with more experience in certain area. Although it was disappointing and I would have not wasted time had they known their hiring needs better, it was in general a positive experience. In addition, the hiring manager actually gave me very helpful feedback after all the process.
However, their own corporate recruiter was abysmal, and that's why I am giving a "negative" rating. The recruiter never emailed me to inform me of the next steps. He never clarified anything. I had to email at least three times to get his attention. I once found out by checking my google calendar that he scheduled a phone interview without confirming with me. I didn't know what the interview was about, to whom I was supposed to talk. Moreover, he kept lying for about three weeks after my onsite. In the end, he decided to ignore all my emails and ghosted me without an apology or thanking me for taking my time to go through all their interview process and meaningless wait. I've never met a worse recruiter. This is by far the worst interview experience. Their HR does not respect their candidates.

4 stage process.
1. Quick chat with HR (phone).
2. Technical screening (phone). Was very focused on theoretical basis of different ML techniques. Interviewer gave immediate feedback on areas to study up on.
3. Interview with business stakeholders (phone).
4. On-site interview.

Entretien
After applying, I had a behavioural phone screen with a recruiter, followed by a technical phone screen with a data scientist (who seemed to be doing interviews exclusively now). I was told the next steps were a phone call with business stakeholders, followed by an on-site interview day.
