Applied and was called for interview about 2-3 weeks later. The store manager that interviewed me was very friendly and interested in everything I was saying. She was very nice & made the interview a great experience.

During the interview progress, it was really easy. There was a group interview. There weren't a lot of questions asked, it was more like getting to know each other and asking what position we would be flexible with.

Met at a Starbucks with 3 recruiting managers. My interviewer was nice but seems very disorganised. She was going through a pile of paperwork trying to find my résumé. She asked usual retail interview questions and told me the position has already been filled but she wants to keep me on file in case a position opens up. During our short 15 minute interaction, 3 other people shows up for their interview with the other managers. I felt like I was on a speed date, ready to be passed onto the next person.

I was basic questions. What do you feel your strengths and weekends are. How do you deal with conflict. What does customer service mean to you? I got an offer the day of and I accepted it.

The interview was brief. They made me try different outfits to show how I look in them. I was introduced to different members of the team. They asked me my availabilities throughout the week. I am a student so I could only work part-time. They were looking for full-time employees, hiring immediately.

Very comfortable and casual. The interview was more of a conversation with the ASM than an actual interview. There was a lot of questions just highlighting past experiences and going through your resume.

Very simple.
Phone interview that lasted 10-15 minutes. Then a week later, I got a call to have a in person interview. The interview had two parts. The first part was an excel test and the other was the interview with the higher management.

Took a few weeks to process my application, but the interview was considerably easy! Mainly consisted of application questions to see how you would act in a particular situation and how you would fit into the dynamite team. (i.e what skills would you bring to the table)
