The interview consisted of my research presentation, followed by face to face interviews which covering basic questions and questions about my research. Everything went smoothly. Some technical issues happened during presentation (conf call with other team members)

Basic of semiconductor devices from diode to MOSFET . They also asked simple Qwes regarding circuit. Very chill guys. I cleared 2 rounds but was rejected on the basis of resume comparison.

Basics of semiconductor device physics, MOS Capacitor, Characteristics of threshold voltage, Small dimension effects, small signal equivalent circuit of MOSFET, and knowledge of EDA tools and little bit of coding knowledge such as python or perl scripting

They asked me draw CV characteristics of MOS and asked me explain in detail for all the regions of operation.

Entretien
The interview was face to face, after one phase of telephonic interview. The interview was very based on technical, and personal skills. Most of the technical questions asked in the interview were from resume.
